See what people find when they find you.

What comes back

Specific, prioritised, and short.

Not a 40-page PDF or an automated score. Here's the shape of it — shown on a made-up business, since real audits stay private.

Example audit · fictional business Harbor & Oak Barbershop
3 fixesworth doing first
Summary

Harbor & Oak has strong, recent reviews and a loyal following, but the website is doing none of the selling. Booking means a phone call during opening hours, and the Instagram — the thing that actually shows the cuts — isn't linked anywhere. The biggest opportunity is making “book a cut” one tap from Google and from the site.

Leaking

No way to book online

Every appointment starts with a call during business hours. Evening browsers — when most people plan a haircut — have nowhere to go. A booking link in the header and on the Google profile fixes it.

Leaking

The headline says “Welcome”

The first screen should say what you are, where you are, and how to book. Right now a visitor has to scroll to find out it's a barbershop.

Quick win

Google photos are three years old

Twenty current photos of the shop and finished cuts would take an afternoon and change what people see before they ever reach the site.

Working

Reviews are recent, and answered

Keep doing exactly this. The fix isn't more reviews — it's showing the ones you have on the site, where they currently don't appear.

Plain answers

Before you send it.

Is it actually free?

Yes. No card, no call needed to receive it, and no obligation afterwards. It's how most conversations with the studio start — and if you take the list and fix things yourself, that's a perfectly good outcome too.

What do you actually look at?

Your website on a phone and on a laptop, your Google Business Profile and reviews, how you show up when people nearby search for your trade, and your Instagram or TikTok if you have them. The same things a new customer checks before deciding whether to call.

How long does it take?

You'll have it within two business days. It's short on purpose — a page or two, prioritised, in plain English.

I don't have a website yet. Is it still worth it?

Yes. The audit covers your Google profile and social as well, and it'll say what a website would need to do for your particular trade before you spend anything on one.

Will I end up on a mailing list?

No. Your details are used to send the audit and, if you reply, to carry on the conversation. Nothing is added to a list, and nothing is shared.

Do you run ads?

No. The studio builds the presence people find on their own — the website, Google profile, brand and social — rather than renting attention through ads. More on that
