Who runs this site

What the site collects directly

Only what you type into the contact form. There are no sign-ups, no logins and no shopping cart, and there is no advertising or session-recording software on any page. The plan finder and the package builder run entirely in your browser — the choices you make there are never sent anywhere, and they are gone the moment you close the tab.

What happens anyway

Two more things are worth naming, because they happen on every visit whether or not you ever type anything in.

Typefaces are loaded from Google. The fonts come from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google's servers. Google can see your IP address and basic browser information as part of that request. This is a consequence of how the fonts are served, not something the studio receives a copy of. Google's handling of it is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

The host keeps server logs. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps ordinary request logs — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — for security and to keep the service running. That is standard for any website, including ones with no tracking at all.

The contact form

The plans page has a form. What you type into it is sent to the studio so it can be replied to, and it is used for nothing else — no list, no advertising, no sharing. If you would rather not use it, every phone and email link on the site reaches the same place.

Analytics, and the cookies it uses

Visits are counted with Google Analytics. It records which pages were opened, roughly where in the world the visitor was, the kind of device and browser used, and which search or site they arrived from. It does not know who you are, and the studio never sees anything that identifies you personally — only totals.

To avoid counting the same person twice it stores cookies in your browser, named _ga and similar. That is the one place this site puts something on your device. Your IP address is used to work out approximate location and is not stored by Google Analytics.

That information goes to Google, and their handling of it is set out in the Google Privacy Policy and in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

If you would rather not be counted: any browser can block cookies for this site, and Google publishes a browser opt-out add-on that switches Analytics off everywhere at once. Nothing on this site stops working if you do either.

If you email the studio

Every contact link on this site opens your own mail app. If you write in, your message and address sit in the studio's mailbox and are used to reply to you and to carry on the conversation. They are not added to a mailing list, and they are not sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing.

If you become a client

Client work is separate from this website. Running a client's site, search presence or social accounts can involve handling information on their behalf — that is governed by the written agreement for the work, not by this page.

Your choices

The studio holds no account or profile for you, so there is nothing here to log into or export. Analytics can be switched off with the opt-out above, or by blocking cookies for this site. If you have emailed the studio, or sent the contact form, and you want that correspondence deleted, ask and it will be. Any question about this page can go to the same address.

Children

This site sells services to businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes

If any of the above stops being true — a different analytics tool, advertising, anything that collects more than this does — the page gets updated before that ships, and the date at the top changes with it.
